Shipping and Handling

Shipping is easy with America’s Best Steaks. You can either pay actual UPS shipping charges or choose a flat fee:

For orders over $450.00 please call for a shipping quote and possible discount. There is also a one time handling charge of $20.00 per order.

Orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week in order to ensure delivery of all orders by Friday. Orders require 24 hours for processing. Orders received after 12 noon CST Wednesday are shipped the following Monday. There is one shipping charge per address. For overnight shipping, please call us at 1-877-421-2011 for details.

Rush Order Handling
A $20.00 Rush Order Handling Fee is charged for each order that must be processed the same day.

Holiday Delivery
To ensure adequate time for UPS delivery before Christmas, please place all orders by Dec.19. BEFORE NOON CST Orders placed after Dec.20 will require a per package rush order handling fee, and may not arrive intime for Christmas

Shipping Addresses
To guarantee UPS delivery on all orders, we must have proper and complete addresses. We’re sorry but UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We can deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers. America’s Best Steaks cannot be responsible for customer errors in ordering or providing shipping addresses. A $20 charge will be applied to each order that requires an address correction while in transit.

Product Being Shipped
Because steaks are perishable, we take extra-special care in shipping our steaks to their final destinations. Your steaks will arrive individually vacuum-sealed and flash frozen, packed in gift boxes, placed in a reusable Styrofoam shipping cooler with dry ice and shipped out via UPS.

A Reminder
When you are sending America’s Best Steaks as a gift, please inform the recipient of the approaching delivery. Our packages are delivered via UPS without requiring a signature. This prevents packages from being returned to the terminal and spoiling. America’s Best Steaks cannot be responsible for packages that are delivered to gift recipients that you have not notified.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy
America’s Best Steaks guarantees the quality and grade of our product; that our product will arrive in good condition (chilled or frozen), and that you receive what you ordered. We want you to be satisfied. If we do not meet these guarantees, we will replace your order. For replacement, you must contact us at 1-877-421-2011 during business hours the next day after you received your order. America’s Best Steaks reserves the right to fully investigate or refuse claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
